Job Opportunity: HR Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Officer with 1-4 years of experience to join our manufacturing plant located in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR policies and procedures, as well as a deep understanding of the Indian job market context.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment process for all positions within the manufacturing plant, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure that all employee data is kept confidential.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and provide recommendations for improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing plant setting.
  • Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with HRIS software and MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
