Expert Role: Oracle Fusion Financials Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM and FA modules. As an Oracle Fusion Financials Lead, you will be responsible for driving business process improvements, gathering requirements, and providing recommendations for solutioning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM and FA modules
  • Drive business process improvements through effective requirement gathering and solutioning sessions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA) and Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Proven track record of defining systems strategy, documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing and user training
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
