Financial Close and Consolidation Expert

Our organization seeks a seasoned financial close and consolidation expert to lead project teams, design solutions, and validate them for seamless execution. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in implementing Oracle financial close and consolidation cloud service (FCCS). This individual should possess strong technical capabilities in FCCS, as well as an understanding of integration capabilities with HFM and EPM/Hyperion systems.

The selected professional will be responsible for gathering business requirements, conducting solution demonstrations, user training, and testing. A strong background in end-to-end implementation is required, with at least 8 successful implementations under their belt. Familiarity with the functional aspects of financial consolidation and close processes is essential.

A key requirement for this role is excellent communication and presentation skills, which will enable the candidate to articulate complex concepts concisely and confidently. An MBA or CA in finance is also desirable.

In addition to these qualifications, the ability to travel for long-term projects may be necessary. Prior onsite experience in the GCC region is considered an added advantage.

Familiarity with Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Profitability and Cost management, Account Reconciliation, and Tax Reporting is beneficial.
