Oracle HFM Technical Lead Position

Penta Consulting is currently seeking a seasoned Oracle HFM expert to join our team as a Technical Team Lead. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex financial management projects, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).

  • This full-time position involves overseeing the strategic direction and implementation of HFM solutions across various environments, ensuring seamless integration with other Oracle EPM suite tools.
  • A minimum of 10–12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HFM, including at least 4+ years in leadership or managerial roles, is required for this position.
  • The ideal candidate will possess expertise in system configuration, performance tuning, and issue resolution, as well as a proven track record in financial consolidation, reporting, and managing close cycles.
  • Strong metadata management, business rules, and data integration skills are essential for optimizing and streamlining processes.
  • Experience working with FDMEE, Smart View, and other Oracle EPM suite tools is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-performing teams in implementing and maintaining HFM solutions
  • Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and internal teams
