Job Description

As a seasoned Oracle Cloud Financials expert, you will lead full-cycle implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal configuration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules. Your deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder management, and ability to guide teams through successful project delivery will be essential in this role.

This position requires hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, Expenses, and Tax modules. You will also collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design best-fit Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading workshops, solution design sessions, and providing expert guidance to clients and internal teams. Additionally, you will mentor junior consultants, coordinate with offshore teams for efficient delivery, and manage data migration using FBDI, ADFDI, and Spreadsheet Loaders.

Required skills and qualifications include 10+ years in Oracle Financials, with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials. Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills are essential, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional and global teams.

  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, IC, Tax, and Expenses.
  • Oracle Skills: Knowledge of P2P, O2C cycles, FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI/BIP, Security Roles, and Workflows.
