Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM professional to design, implement and support enterprise performance management solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/Planning) with proven experience in financial planning processes and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Oracle EPM Cloud solutions for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop business rules and calculation managers using Oracle EPM Cloud tools.
  • Design and optimize Essbase cubes for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Ensure metadata and security management within Oracle EPM Cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial planning requirements and provide effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning/EPBCS) implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Hands-on experience in Data Management, Integrations (FDMEE, EPM Automate), Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Proficiency in Essbase cube design, optimization, and reporting.
  • Solid knowledge of financial concepts, accounting principles, and FP&A processes.
