Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM consultant to drive business growth through effective financial planning and analysis.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement Oracle EPM modules to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide technical guidance on Oracle Financials, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring timely delivery and maximum ROI.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure user adoption and proficiency in Oracle EPM.
Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud modules, with a strong understanding of finance processes (FP&A, close, reconciliation).
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in the following areas would be beneficial:

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
  • Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials).
  • Background in Manufacturing, Energy, or Services domain.
