Lead Educator for Spanish-to-French Content Creation

We are seeking an experienced Language Educator to lead our Spanish-to-French Content division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of both Spanish and French, experience in content creation within the language learning sector, and the leadership skills necessary to mentor a subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging French language learning content tailored to Spanish speakers.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
- Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both French and Spanish, with strong communication skills in each.
- Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in French, Spanish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
