Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Language Learning Content Specialist to create high-quality educational content for our language learning platform. This role involves developing engaging French language learning content tailored to Spanish speakers, leading a small team, and providing strategic direction to ensure our content meets the needs of learners.

This position requires a strong understanding of curriculum development, educational content strategy, and data-driven approaches to content creation and optimization. The successful candidate will be able to stay updated with the latest trends in language education and innovate continuously to improve our content offering.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in both French and Spanish, strong communication skills in each, and a proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning platforms. A bachelor's degree in French, Spanish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging French language learning content tailored to Spanish speakers.
  • Collaborate with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
  • Use feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in both French and Spanish, with strong communication skills in each.
  • Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
