Enterprise Sales Strategy and Business Development Lead

As a seasoned sales strategist, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in India.

Key responsibilities include building and nurturing C-level relationships with key decision-makers, identifying and closing new business opportunities, leveraging proven success stories, and leading propositions with delivery and pre-sales teams to position our solutions effectively.

Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement, utilizing strong ability to articulate the business value of solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise IT sales experience, preferably in DevOps, Cloud, Integration, or Digital Transformation services. Skilled in sales strategy, pipeline creation & management, forecasting, and driving sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals in banking, telecom, or large enterprises.
  • Experience in building and managing client relationships at C-level (CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads).
  • Strong understanding of India as well as experience of the Middle East and APAC's IT services market, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Expertise in consultative selling, understanding client pain points and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Ability to qualify, structure, present and close complex enterprise deals, including RFP responses and multi-year engagements.

Leadership skills: Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams, setting targets, providing guidance, and driving a high-performance sales culture.
