Job Title:

A seasoned data quality assurance specialist with expertise in ETL/Data warehouse projects, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in data projects and be proficient in designing, implementing, and executing test cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure the highest level of data accuracy.
  • Evaluate the testing process and make recommendations as necessary to continuously improve efficiency.
  • Timely execution of test cases to meet project deadlines.
  • Identify, record, and analyze bugs to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of QA experience in data projects.
  • Good experience in ETL/Data warehouse projects.
  • Collaborate with Development/Business teams to understand requirements.
  • Analyzing Business Requirements/cases and developing/managing positive/negative test scenarios.
  • Ability to create test files to validate Business requirements and metadata layer configurations.
  • Strong knowledge in writing complex SQL queries for data analysis.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis on defects.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to address data issues.
  • Experience using Jira to track work assignments.
  • Working experience in Cloud-related projects.
  • Working experience in AWS/AWS Services is a big plus.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and learn in-house tools and practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
