  • Provide guidance on data quality best practices and ensure the team's professional development.","
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data quality procedures, processes, and standards.","

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ Years of Experience in Data Test Automation, Data Comparison and Validation.","
  • Strong understanding of data structures, databases, DB Procedures, Packages, and Functions, and data manipulation techniques.","
  • Familiarity with data quality tools and platforms for profiling, cleansing, and monitoring data.","
  • Proficient in SQL and scripting languages for data analysis and validation.","
  • Working experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL Alchemy for ETL.","
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and solve data quality issues.","
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.","
  • Leadership skills to guide and inspire a team focused on data quality.","
  • Strong understanding of Data Warehouse/Data Lake Architecture and Development.","
  • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools.","
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of data quality initiatives.","
  • Experience with AWS cloud services: EC2, EMR, RDS, Redshift.","
  • Experience in SQL injection, and query performance (Athena), Machine Learning.","
  • Must have CI/CD, bit bucket/git knowledge.","
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.","
  • Familiarity with online retail (e-commerce).","
