Senior Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Territory Manager to oversee the delivery of our services in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing service operations, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • You will lead a team that operates our flagship workshops, providing exceptional customer experiences and delivering high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive service KPIs and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day service operations, guiding and mentoring your team to ensure seamless execution and excellent customer outcomes.
  • Oversee payment collection from customers and deliver scooters with high satisfaction levels, meeting projected volume plans.
  • Monitor warehouse operations in the region, including inventory management and coordination with the central warehouse.
  • Assume administrative responsibility for managing the premises of our operations in the region.
