HR Technology Specialist Role

The organization is seeking a certified HR technology specialist to provide daily operational support for compensation management, employee lifecycle, and onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data integrity, system configuration, and integration between modules, as well as strong knowledge of HR data models and processes.

This role ensures the ongoing stability, accuracy, and efficiency of HR systems and supports business users with day-to-day system needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for compensation management, employee lifecycle, and onboarding processes.
  • Resolve user issues, answer system queries, and troubleshoot data or configuration problems.
  • Monitor workflows and maintain user access, ensuring compliance with data security protocols.
Compensation Management:
  • Maintain and configure compensation worksheets, templates, guidelines, budgets, and eligibility rules.
  • Support annual and off-cycle compensation planning processes.
  • Ensure accurate data flow between systems; troubleshoot mapping or logic errors.
Employee Lifecycle:
  • Manage employee lifecycle configurations, business rules, event reasons, and workflow approvals.
  • Support position management, foundation objects, and organizational structure updates.
  • Ensure high data integrity and alignment across HR systems.
Onboarding Processes:
  • Configure and troubleshoot onboarding templates, forms, tasks, and pre-day 1 processes.
  • Resolve onboarding process failures, data mapping issues, and integration to employee lifecycle systems.
Data Integrity & Security:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot data integrity and security policies across HR systems.
  • Ensure users have appropriate access based on their roles and security policies.
  • Support data integrity audits, documentation, and periodic reviews to ensure compliance.
Integrations & Testing:
  • Monitor integrations between systems via enterprise service bus or middleware.
  • Participate in testing for quarterly software releases, system changes, and enhancements.
  • Validate interface files, troubleshoot data flow issues, and coordinate with technical teams.
Documentation & Training:
  • Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
  • Train HR users on worksheets, templates, onboarding workflows, and security access.

Qualifications:

  • SAP Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation Management.
  • 4 years of hands-on experience in a system support or HRIS analyst role.
