
HR Support Professional

This role is responsible for supporting the Human Resources team in various tasks and projects. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Organize and manage HR documents, contracts, reimbursements, and personnel files (physical and digital).
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents as needed.
- Monitor and track leaves and attendance of employees.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team on a day-to-day basis.
- Assist with compliance and audit preparation activities.
- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate internal events and meetings.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
