Lead Operations and Drive Customer Satisfaction

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of Operations Leads and drive customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will coordinate with design and production teams to maintain alignment with committed timelines, manage internal stakeholders, and foster a culture of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer experience from booking to handover, acting as the highest point of escalation for region-specific issues.
  • Collaborate with installer teams, vendor teams, category teams, and product teams to facilitate faster issue resolution.
  • Empower existing teams and hire top talent to strengthen regional operations.
  • Ensure team members adhere to defined SOPs and standards for a standardized customer experience.
  • Focus on Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker resolution of customer escalations.
Requirements:
  • NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
  • Direct team reporting experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written/oral communication skills.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strategic alliances/business partnerships management through builders, architects, and interior consultants.
