Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day bookkeeping in Tally, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing invoices and e-way bills.

You will also support monthly closings, prepare GST/TDS data, and coordinate with auditors. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating basic management information system (MIS) reports in Excel and maintaining documentation in Word.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping in Tally, including sales/purchase entries, journals, and ledgers.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, petty cash, and invoice/e-way bill preparation.
  • Support monthly closings, including GST/TDS data preparation and coordination with auditors.
  • Create basic MIS reports in Excel and maintain documentation in Word.

Required Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and Word. Prior experience in accounting is essential, and attention to detail, integrity, and good communication skills are highly valued.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field is preferred.
