Dynamic Content Strategist

We're seeking an ambitious individual to spearhead our social media presence and create engaging content that captivates our audience.

This role requires a marketer's mindset and an entrepreneur's spirit, someone who can develop compelling strategies for feature launches, product positioning, brand awareness, and demand generation. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in the social media space to drive growth and engagement across all platforms.

We're looking for a talented professional with 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing. If you have a proven track record of developing successful social media strategies and managing online communities, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers and managing online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase visibility of company's social content.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with moderation policy for each community.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience developing social media strategies and working with and developing a marketing plan.
  • Created and managed Communities in social media space.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Understanding of Graphic Design principles, web design, web development.
  • Sound knowledge of handling Social Media platforms like Twitter, Meta, Reddit, YouTube, etc.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused, with good multitasking and organisational ability.
