We're looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist If you have a passion for all things social, a knack for crafting engaging content, and a proven ability to grow online communities, we want to hear from you You'll be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Key Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to align with overall marketing goals.

- Content Creation: Create compelling, high-quality, and shareable content (text, image, video, GIFs) tailored for each social media platform. This includes writing engaging copy, designing visuals, and editing short videos.

- Community Management: Actively monitor, listen to, and engage with our online community. Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions.

- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid social advertising, to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and achieve specific marketing objectives.

- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) using analytical tools. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and platform updates, continuously exploring new ways to engage our audience.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

- Brand Voice: Maintain and evolve a consistent brand voice and personality across all social media channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.

- Demonstrable experience managing social media platforms for a brand, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

- Solid understanding of social media marketing principles, algorithms, and best practices.

- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, native platform insights).

- Strong creative writing and communication skills, with an eye for compelling visuals.

- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.

- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- A genuine passion for social media and digital trends.
