Job Title: Office Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, printing stocks and place orders after negotiations.
- Arrange travel and accommodations, book meeting rooms as required, and distribute and store correspondence.
- Coordinate and find vendors in different parts of the country to support program needs.
- Negotiate the best rates for services, ensuring quality delivery.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Be available to answer queries by employees on travel updates.
- Book meeting rooms and arrange travel tickets, flights, and hotels as per team needs.
- Support other teams for day-to-day requirements and supervise junior staff.
- Ensure venue/hall bookings in advance for quarterly/annual reviews, events, and conferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 to 6 years of relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Negotiation skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Integrity and professionalism.
Benefits:
- Salary range: $30000/- Per month or above (Based on experience)
