Job Title

A highly skilled Employee Relations Manager is required to join our organization.

  • This key role will play a strategic part in executing the company's vision, culture and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Assimilation: Seamless onboarding process for new employees.
  • Positive Work Environment: Create and nurture a positive work environment and protect the organization's interests.
  • Diversity and Inclusivity: Inculcate a high-performance work environment and promote diversity and inclusivity.
  • Rewards and Recognition: Implement DC-wide rewards and recognition programs and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and employee experience.
  • Employee Grievances: Manage employee grievances, anti-sexual harassment and workplace concerns.
  • Health & Wellness: Manage the Health & Wellness program.
  • Communication: Create robust communication forums to facilitate interactions between management and employees.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 11-17 years of experience.
