About Our Trading Role

As a Derivatives Trader, you will have the opportunity to manage firm capital using systematic, semi-systematic, or high-performing discretionary strategies across multiple asset classes.

This role is suitable for both point-and-click traders and those evolving toward automated frameworks. You will trade multiple products, not just single contracts, and take full responsibility for pricing, execution, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate positive cash flow on a consistent basis with strict risk discipline.
  • Maintain risk exposure within firm parameters through portfolio & risk management.
  • Continuously analyse and adjust strategies based on market conditions and real-time performance data.
  • Build and deploy systematic or semi-systematic strategies.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of buy side trading experience in futures at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, family office.
  • Demonstrated success in managing profitable trading strategies with risk-adjusted returns.
  • Strong understanding of risk controls, money management, order management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Fully accountable for trading decision-making, PnL, and drawdowns.
  • Ability to trade contracts with different underlying assets and adapt to different markets.
