Job Title: Guest Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the stay, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, minimizing wait times and maximizing guest satisfaction.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Property Management Support:
    • Conduct inventory checks: Regularly inspect property assets to ensure they are in good working condition.
    • Maintain records: Keep accurate records of inventory, supplies, and other essential data.
    • Step in as property in-charge: Take on additional responsibilities during the absence of the property manager, ensuring continuity of operations.
  • Food and Beverage Assistance: Support the service of food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction and exceed expectations.
  • Bookkeeping Assistance: Issue invoices, checks, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Cross-Location Travel: Be willing to travel to other properties when required, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months of industrial training or relevant experience in hospitality.
  • A pleasant personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Final-year student or graduate from a Hotel Management program is preferred.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling across regions.
