We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.

Job Overview

This role involves developing, implementing, and managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with ad platforms, and a good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics.

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement effective paid campaign strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Keyword Research and Targeting: Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize for clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Ad Creative Development: Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copies, and formats to improve performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics.
  • Certifications: Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred).
