Sales Team Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Support Specialist to join our team at AccorHotel. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and targets.
  • Support the sales team in prospecting lead generation and qualification of new business opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders in the hospitality industry.
  • Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and client meetings to promote our property's facilities and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to create customized proposals and packages tailored to meet the needs of clients.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipelines, forecasts, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Represent the AccorHotel brand with professionalism and integrity at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Provide leadership and support to junior members of the sales team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or luxury service industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Mumbai is an advantage.
