Your key responsibilities will include developing visual concepts and designs for various media, creating engaging infographics, and working closely with the communications team to design materials for campaigns and events. You will have the chance to collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to telling powerful stories about our work.

  1. Visual Communication & Branding: Develop visual concepts and designs for all print and digital media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  2. Campaign & Event Collateral: Design materials for large-scale public campaigns and events, including posters, banners, social media graphics, and event signage.
  3. Content & Storytelling: Transform research data and reports into visually engaging and easy-to-understand infographics and charts.
  4. Digital & Social Media: Create dynamic content for social media platforms (static images, short animations, GIFs) to drive engagement and amplify key messages.
  5. Photography & Videography: Help capture and edit photos and videos from events and projects to build a rich visual library.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer. You should be proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
