**Job Title:** Senior Housing Loan Sales Leader
About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Housing Loan Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional sales results in housing loans.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring excellent customer service.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of sales leadership experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional sales results in housing loans.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
  • Analyze sales performance data and make informed decisions to improve sales results.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in housing loans or financial services, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and marketing acumen.
  • The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
