At RECON, we are poised to revolutionize real estate decision-making by collaborating with plot owners as Knowledge Partners. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving growth and building lasting partnerships.

Job Summary

This is a strategic sales consulting role suited for professionals from consulting, solution, prescription, technical, HNI, or institutional sales backgrounds. If you have a strong understanding of the real estate market, including regulations, trends, and customer behavior, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Lead the Sales team, setting performance targets and mentoring team members to achieve and exceed team as well as individual goals.
  • Develop Customized Proposals: Develop customized proposals and presentations to win high-value deals and partnerships.
  • Negotiations and Closures: Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closures for all business opportunities.
Business Development and Strategy
  • Implement Business Strategy: Implement organization's business development strategy to achieve growth targets and market expansion.
  • New Market Opportunities: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and trends in the real estate sector.
  • Lead Pipeline Management: Work on the lead pipeline provided by the organization and ensure timely sales conversion.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop strategic partnerships with business enablers in the real estate ecosystem, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Market Intelligence
  • Market Trends Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Actionable Insights: Provide actionable insights and feedback to the leadership to enhance service offerings.
Relationship Management
  • Key Stakeholder Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, property owners, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Strategic Partner Management: Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring consistent communication and relationship strengthening.
  • Client Experience: Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and value proposition.
Reporting and Accountability
  • Performance Reporting: Present regular performance reports, KPIs, and forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Initiative Effectiveness: Track and analyze the effectiveness of sales initiatives, making necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.
Qualifications and Skills

We require candidates with an MBA in Marketing from top-tier institutes. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships with a strong focus on real estate advisory or related sectors, along with proficiency in CRM tools, is also essential.
