Strategic Product Developer

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Product Developer to drive the direction and roadmap for our cross-border payments platform. This role involves aligning with business strategy, ITO strategy, and investment priorities.

This includes leveraging industry trends and innovative solutions to deliver effective and faster product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic direction and roadmap for our cross-border payments platform, ensuring alignment with business strategy, ITO strategy, and investment priorities.
  • Tap into latest industry trends and innovative products and solutions to deliver effective and faster product capabilities.
  • Support cash management operations by leveraging technology to streamline processes, enhance productivity, reduce risk, and improve controls.
  • Collaborate closely with payments business teams to take product programs from investment decisions through design, specifications, solutioning, development, implementation, and hand-over to operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Dev role, preferably as a Dev lead role is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot.
  • Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed and highly varied stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage senior stakeholders and top management.
