Job Description:

Senior Structural Engineer is required to lead the design and construction of complex building projects.

The successful candidate will have a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and a M.Tech in Structures, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. They must possess hands-on experience with ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management and project teams to develop and integrate processes and procedures
  • Deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, on time
  • Work closely with clients and design teams to produce creative designs that meet their needs
  • Ensure effective staff training initiatives and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Implement Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Programs
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in structural analysis software
  • Ability to work independently on projects and handle teams
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with Timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo, and 3D Structure Modelling Software
  • Experience with Precast Technology and hands-on experience in designing Precast Buildings
  • Structural design license
