Architectural Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Development Professional to join our team as we scale up to handle bigger projects, including showrooms, restaurants, and office spaces.

The ideal candidate will be capable of handling architectural projects independently if necessary. They will assist senior architects by providing design inputs and collaborating on ongoing projects.

  • Prepare and coordinate drawing deliveries to the construction site with contractors & consultants
  • Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress, inspect finishes, and ensure design adherence
  • Assist in space planning, layout design, and conceptual development of interior drawings

Mandatory qualifications include:

  • Diploma in Architecture or B.Arch in Any Specialization
  • Experience in Auto CAD & MS Office
  • Experience in Architectural working drawings and Sanction drawings
  • 3D modeling in SketchUp/ 3ds Max
  • Photoshop editing
  • A learning attitude
