Cloud Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Consultant to join our team in a new division within one of the largest technology providers worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring technical resolutions meet customer standards and requirements, understanding the interrelated importance of business and technical processes, and maintaining ownership for incident resolution and project timelines.

  • Understand customer requirements from business analysts and seek clarifications as needed.
  • Resolve incidents, minor and standard changes for respective technology towers.
  • Update project managers on issues and roadblocks affecting task timelines.
Required Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 6+ years of related SFDC experience as a cloud consultant.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Sales or Service Cloud Certification Mandatory.
