This role involves a highly skilled and experienced Process Safety Professional working on various projects related to offshore production facilities, high-pressure gas processing systems, and oil/water/gas separation facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop process deliverables for conceptual, FEED, and EPC projects.
- Prepare hazardous area classification schedules and drawings.
- Design process safety systems for production and utility systems.
- Review and provide guidance on discipline engineering and design deliverables, including P&ID and datasheets.
- Sizing of flare networks using standard tools like Hysys and FlareNet.
Requirements:
- Proficient in FPSO offshore production facilities, high-pressure gas processing systems, and oil/water/gas separation facilities.
- Experience in process safety on floating production systems, LPG and LNG Storage and Treatment, BOP.
- Strong understanding of process safety design principles.
Deliverables:
As a Process Safety Professional, you will be expected to develop detailed process deliverables that meet project requirements. This may include hazard identification and risk assessment reports, operating procedures, and training programs.
