Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled data analyst to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience handling digital marketing data, and the ability to navigate various platforms to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.

This is a hybrid digital/marketing analytics role that requires working across multiple digital platforms, including Google Analytics 4, MarTech/AdTech data sources, and more.

  1. Data Platform Expertise: The successful candidate will be able to work across GA4 and other MarTech/AdTech data sources, extending beyond traditional website data analysis.
  2. Data Landscape Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery, with the ability to integrate data from multiple sources and analyze campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and cross-channel attribution.
  3. Insights and Recommendations: Translate data into actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI, requiring an understanding of marketing funnels, conversions, and campaign KPIs.
Required Skills:
  1. Digital Marketing Analysis: Experience with web analytics tools, familiarity with common marketing channels, and understanding of how their data is tracked.
  2. SQL and Data Querying: Proficiency in extracting and manipulating data using SQL, optimizing queries, and handling mid-to-large datasets.
  3. Data Wrangling: Comfortable cleaning, merging, and normalizing data from different platforms, addressing outliers and inconsistencies in datasets.
  4. Data Visualization and Reporting: Skilled in creating dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools, presenting complex data in a clear format.
  5. Statistical Methods: Understanding of fundamental statistics, capable of running A/B tests and validating data findings.
  6. Marketing Performance Metrics: Knowledge of KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROI, LTV, connecting these metrics back to broader business objectives.
  7. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent at translating data insights into non-technical language, experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, or data engineering teams.
  8. Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset to spot trends and derive strategic recommendations, creative in finding data-driven solutions to marketing challenges.
  9. Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Willingness to explore new analytical tools and stay updated with MarTech/AdTech trends, eager to learn and leverage evolving data methodologies to drive better results.
