Financial Control Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Control Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the timely reporting to team members and management of internal controls.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilize your skills and experience to contribute to the success of our company. As a Financial Control Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating/coordinating the completion of mandatory Statutory/Corporate/Asia reporting requirements.

  • Conduct independent on-site internal control reviews and ensure appropriate and timely implementation of control processes and corrective actions.
  • Undertake special projects to identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation, with a view to strengthen internal controls while reducing inefficiencies, inaccuracies, and overall workload.
  • Thoroughly assess all areas of risks and implement complete and effective risk management strategies across all functional areas.
  • Facilitate/coordinate the completion of mandatory Statutory/C Corporate/Asia reporting requirements such as Quarterly Attestation and Semi-Annual Balance Sheet Reviews.
  • Share best practices across the APO region.
  • Support location management teams during Operational & Financial audits by assisting in preparation, liaising with auditors (if required), response development, and closure of deficiencies.
  • Analyse accounting documents to check compliance with US GAAP, Indian Accounting Standards, and Company's internal policy.
