Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our organization. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance and control across all stages of project execution.

  • Prepare, update, and supervise the company's QA manual including all amendments and revisions.
  • Control and distribute all company quality documentation.
  • Monitor all quality-related activities across assigned projects.
  • Perform internal and external audits on behalf of management.
  • Verify contractor quality requirements and review vendor/contractor documentation submittals.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and coordinate project quality requirements with bidders.
  • Attend client quality management meetings and represent the organization in QA matters.
  • Prepare and control project quality system documentation prior to project commencement.
  • Review and assess qualifications and training needs of quality inspection personnel.
  • Monitor and close out nonconformance reports, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
  • Track and improve the effectiveness of the project's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Coordinate QA activities with site managers, procurement managers, and customer representatives.
  • Ensure proper statistical reporting methods are applied where required.
  • Address, action, and close all customer complaints related to quality.
  • Control and archive all quality documentation upon project completion.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering (specialization in Quality Management preferred).
  • Minimum Experience: 5–8 years in QA roles within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Software Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and construction QA practices.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
