Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Management professional to lead our Customer Experience (CX) portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy and roadmap for our CX solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and development, to ensure our products meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Your primary objective will be to deliver strategic clarity for our CX product differentiation through market, competitive, customer, and technological forces analysis. You will also create well-defined major release roadmaps with WOWs working with CX Solutions stakeholders.

You will work with Development, Customers, and Partners to ensure that the right features get built in a timely manner with excellent product quality, ease of upgrading and adoption, and creation of stickiness.

In addition, you will ensure major release launch readiness by working with Marketing to create an impactful market message, rationalize pricing & packaging, and work with influencers (social, analyst and media) to get favorable mentions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Support, and Services teams to ensure customer success with our products, including ensuring timely launch readiness in terms of Fulfilment & Enablement for sellers, BPs, and GSI partners.

You will measure on-going adoption, unblock barriers to upgrades, where necessary. Also, you will lead the design and execution of cross-functional adoption activities if required.

Additionally, you will enable product specialists, CSMs, and Client directors to win on both renewals and net new deals, specifically, support them with technical product knowledge, and competitive insight.

You will work with your CRM, and operations teams to ensure seamless product fulfillment and design of license enforcement, where necessary.

Lastly, you will continuously improve your skills and knowledge to drive optimal results with sales and the channel. Learn new technical and PM domain skills that allow managing your product more effectively.
