Job Description\

Mentoring and developing creative talent is also an essential part of this role, fostering the growth of emerging leaders within the team.

Effective project management is key, maximizing team contributions while meeting or exceeding client goals. Providing strategic feedback and demonstrating value in client meetings and industry forums is also critical.

Understanding client businesses and goals, proposing creative content and ideas proactively, and identifying business development opportunities are also key responsibilities.

Consolidating, articulating, and presenting creative ideas persuasively and clearly is vital in this role.
