Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will design and lead customer-centric creative strategies to enhance brand storytelling, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling digital experiences across websites, social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop engaging content that resonates with customers.
  • Analyze customer insights and data to create targeted campaigns that drive conversions and retention.
  • Develop messaging frameworks and content strategies that highlight product benefits, promotions, and lifestyle narratives.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics across campaigns while optimizing for different customer segments.
  • Support personalization efforts and dynamic content strategies to meet diverse shopper needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align creative outputs with business objectives.
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction are met.
  • Provide strategic guidance on creative assets, visuals, storytelling approaches, and customer journeys.
  • Leverage customer behavior data and performance metrics to refine creative strategies and maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or brand storytelling, preferably in the e-commerce space.
  • Proven track record of developing integrated campaigns that boost customer engagement and drive conversions.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, UX principles, and digital marketing channels.
  • Able to translate data into creative narratives and actionable strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
