Job Title: Digital Communications Manager

About the role:

As a skilled Digital Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital communications strategy that reinforces our brand's positioning and drives engagement with our target audience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and deliver high-quality digital content, including static creatives, Reels, Stories, GIFs, emailers, and website banners. Your expertise in graphic design and video editing tools will be essential in bringing our brand's visual identity to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Voice & Storytelling
    • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling across all digital channels, ensuring tone and style consistency across teams and platforms.
    • Build and maintain communication guidelines to ensure seamless collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Conceptualize and develop engaging campaigns that drive conversations, shares, and saves among our target audience.
    • Align campaigns with product drops, festivals, collaborations, and brand initiatives to maximize impact.
    • Ability to ideate and execute cohesive campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring brand aesthetics are maintained throughout.
  • Content Creation & Design
    • Design and deliver all digital communication assets, ensuring high-quality visuals that meet brand standards.
    • Be comfortable and confident being in front of the camera to model and create engaging content, as well as to serve as the face of the brand for specific campaigns.
    • Oversee end-to-end execution of visual content - from concept to final output - ensuring brand aesthetics are maintained.
    • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is essential in creating compelling digital content.
  • Digital Engagement & Community
    • Manage day-to-day digital communication across platforms to ensure timely, engaging, and relevant messaging.
    • Support growth and engagement by producing creative content that drives conversations, shares, and saves among our target audience.
  • Innovation & Trendspotting
    • Stay updated on digital communication trends, platform updates, and content formats to stay ahead of the curve.
    • Introduce new ideas for storytelling and brand expression that resonate with the evolving audience.
    • Should be able to use AI tools for content creation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
