Job Opportunity: Customer Support Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering online support, and delivering technical support to clients on the digital platform.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Offering product or service recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong problem-solving abilities, Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks, Knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
