Job Overview

  • A key player in our team will be responsible for the development and implementation of our Charging Infrastructure expansion plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a robust strategy for grid and spare parts deliveries to locations and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
  • Planned spares inventory management at central and vendor warehouses to ensure minimum safety stock levels.
  • Collaborating with the Planning Team to coordinate supplies of chargers according to the expansion plan.
  • Tracking and maintaining inventory records of Finished Goods, Decommissioned systems, and spare parts stored at Vendor and Host locations.
  • Ensuring timely shipment of chargers and spare parts upon request by the Ops zonal team.
  • Analyzing Time-to-Action (TAT) for shipments and continuously working towards improvement.
  • Coordinating monthly accounting processes with Finance to capitalize installed grids and consumption of spares.
  • Processing Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices with vendors.
  • Collaborating with Logistics to arrange shipments of chargers and spare parts.
  • Conducting periodic audits of vendor warehouse stocks.
  • Actively engaging in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP/Tools-related operations transactions during new process/system rollouts.
  • Sharing periodic reports on inventory, capitalization, invoice, and PO status, along with bottlenecks and potential workarounds for process enhancement.
  • Maintaining records of contracts, POs, invoices, and training materials for SAP and related tools.
  • Aligning vendors on billing requirements and invoice submission procedures.
  • Leading and developing HO executive/associate team members.
  • Performing quarterly reconciliations on invoicing, assets, spares consumption, and taking corrective actions to address discrepancies.
  • This role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with Ops zonal managers, Finance, Sourcing, Planning, and Transformation Teams.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Coordination skills with strong cross-functional working relationships.
  • Basic Technical understanding of Charging Systems/Electrical equipment.
  • Material Management and Vendor Coordination expertise.
  • Data compilation, analysis, and presentation skills in MS Excel and SAP.
  • Team leadership and handling capabilities.
