Software Development Team Lead

Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers to deliver working software.
- Develop and implement engineering best practices to improve quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers to refine business requirements and design principles.
- Work closely with architects to create good engineering designs that meet business needs.
- Stay up-to-date on new technology changes and features to provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development with programming languages experience in Java/J2EE.
- Extensive experience working with Spring Boot Microservices.
- Experience with database management systems (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle Database).
- Ability to translate technology into business value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
