Job Description

  • Lead a team of software developers in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog, driving project objectives forward.
  • Mentor team members in best practices for Agile methodologies and software development, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Drive quality and performance standards in the software development lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project development and delivery, protecting the company's interests.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to guarantee timely completion and satisfaction of stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in software development and project management, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in leading software projects and teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and cooperation.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and technologies relevant to the project, with certification in Scrum Master or Agile methodologies a plus.
