Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy coordinating events, managing logistics, and providing exceptional support to trainers and trainees.

In this position, you will play a vital role in improving health outcomes by connecting people with care, pharmacy benefits, data, and resources they need to feel their best.

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring timely communication with trainers, trainees, and stakeholders.
  • Manage training logistics, including room bookings, materials preparation, and system access.
  • Track attendance, assessments, and feedback, and maintain accurate training records.

You will respond to standard and non-standard training-related queries with minimal supervision, support trainers during sessions, and prioritize and organize daily tasks to meet training timelines and operational requirements.

Collaborate with trainers, operations, and quality teams to ensure seamless training execution, assist in resolving routine training issues, and escalate complex problems to supervisors as needed.

Provide clear explanations and support to learners and team members within the scope of training operations, comply with employment contract terms, company policies, and procedures, and adapt to changing business environment.
