Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced AVP – Training & Operations who will be responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing the academy's training delivery and operational efficiency. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a passion for empowering teams and learners alike.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage end-to-end training operations across multiple programs and departments.


• Build training frameworks, assessment models, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).


• Ensure consistent quality delivery across training batches and facilitators.


• Work closely with content, academic, and technology teams for seamless implementation.


• Hire, train, and manage a team of trainers and operations personnel.


• Monitor learner performance and feedback to drive continuous improvement.


• Track key operational KPIs and ensure SLA adherence.


• Handle stakeholder communications and reporting with transparency and accuracy.


• Drive innovation in training methodology, use of technology, and learner engagement.

Requirements:


• Minimum 8 years of experience in training, operations, or education leadership roles.


• Proven track record in managing large-scale training programs or teams.


• Strong people management, communication, and process optimization skills.


• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front.


• Experience in EdTech, corporate L&D, or academic institutions is highly preferred.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
