Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Branch Manager, leading our local team in achieving revenue growth and profitability.

  • To drive sales targets and build high-performing teams aligned with company objectives.
  • Focus on revenue and profitability by achieving targeted fee income and effective cost management.
  • Achieve branch gross revenue through offline and online platforms.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to ensure business momentum and direction.
  • Engage in innovative business planning activities to increase client acquisition and branch profitability.
  • Maintain individual and team performance, taking steps to improve productivity and correct deviations if any.
Client Transition and Dealer Productivity:

To transition existing and new clients to mobile/web/exe platforms for optimal dealer bandwidth, thereby increasing dealer productivity.

  • Acquire and service large traders, building temporary funding through HNI/large traders.
  • Ensure seamless online transitions and maintain dealer productivity.
Cross-Sell of Products:

To achieve multi-product targets at the branch by promoting alternate products offered.

  • Regularly attend training sessions to stay updated on alternate products.
  • Educate all branch employees about alternate products and services.
  • Increase business through cross-selling initiatives and innovative product mixes.
  • Activate inactive customers using alternate products.
Branch Administration and Operations:

To oversee daily branch operations and foster a smooth functioning environment.

  • Monitor and manage all daily branch operations.
  • Handle a team of dealers/relationship managers and customer service executives.
  • Ensure security of physical branch assets.
  • Oversee risk compliance and statutory policies.
Customer Management and Engagement:

To plan and execute local area programs, referrals, and disseminate research-based advisory services to clients.

Risk Management and Policy Adherence:

Team Building, Engagement, and Development:
