Senior Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves driving business growth through the alignment of customer segments' expectations and goals with seamless interactions and service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations into operational needs, problems, and opportunities to identify areas for improvement in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
  • Requirements Definition and Management: Assist in the definition and management of requirements using standard techniques to elicit, specify, and document requirements for simple subject areas with clearly-defined boundaries.
  • Release and Deployment: Assess and analyze release components, investigate improvements of UAT processes, tools, and methods, and ensure release processes and procedures are maintained.
  • Portfolio, Programme, and Project Support: Utilize recommended portfolio, programme, and project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking, and set up project files, compile and distribute reports.
  • Relationship Management: Ensure effective problem resolution, collect lessons learned and disseminate relevant information, and collect and use feedback from customers and stakeholders.
