As an intern, you will join our Technical Transformation Team and support key functions, including campaigns, political intelligence, and research. This is not just an internship; it's a rigorous training ground and a direct pipeline to a full-time career in consulting.

What You'll Do:
  • Engage in a comprehensive 2-month training program designed to bridge the gap between engineering and politics.
  • Technical Track: Participate in intensive workshops on advanced programming languages, database management, and operational security best practices.
  • Political Track: Attend seminars on the current political landscape, campaign structures, legislative processes, and data ethics in policy.
  • Analyse relevant public datasets (e.g., election data, legislative records) to identify trends and produce actionable insights.
  • Develop a Capstone Project, such as creating an analytical dashboard to visualize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise policy memos and presentations.
  • Collaborate with and shadow full-time team members, contributing directly to ongoing projects.
Who You Are:
  • You are currently in your 6th semester or later of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • You have a strong interest in Indian politics and public policy.
  • You possess foundational technical knowledge and strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • You are an excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • You are a proactive problem-solver, eager to learn and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
