Project Manager

Luxury home development involves crafting unique experiences for discerning clients. At the forefront of this endeavour is the Project Director, responsible for overseeing all aspects of luxury villa and bungalow projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, coupled with 15+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management. A minimum of 5 years in luxury projects is required, with prior experience in residential or hospitality highly preferred.

A strong track record of successfully managing complex projects from design integration to construction and interiors is essential. The ability to drive value engineering while maintaining luxury standards is also crucial.

This role demands exceptional technical and managerial expertise across project management, construction, and interiors. Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in construction finance, billing, and contract negotiations are also required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all phases of luxury villa and bungalow projects.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure precision, quality, and timely execution.
  • Monitor site progress through daily visits, snagging, and finishing inspections.
  • Resolve execution challenges swiftly while safeguarding luxury standards.
  • Drive value engineering to optimize costs without diluting design or finish.

  • 15+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management.
  • At least 5 years in luxury projects.
